The purpose of the Environmental Analysis Program (EAP) at Pomona College is to provide students with essential background for comprehending the human relationship to the global natural environment, illustrating that environmental issues are in fact very human issues. Courses taken to complete an EAP major are housed within selected disciplinary foci (“tracks”) in order to provide majors with marketable post-graduate skills and experiences while giving them context for taking action to achieve a more sustainable civilization.

Via this website, one-on-one advising and the program's connections to organizations and resources the EAP can offer support to students to expand their understanding of and self-confidence in dealing with environmental issues through select study abroad, internship, and community action experiences.  For more information about these opportunities check out the "Beyond Class" section of the website.
